Can I trust this client?(1)

We got to know one Netherland client in 2007,business done since the end of year 2009.Netherland's client placed order and Portugal client made payment.They purchased the city mesh fence(city panel),welded mesh fence panel,temporary fence panel.We tried our best to offer the  best quality,and business went smoothly.At the beginning of the 2008,they purchased 1X20' container of hot-dipped galvanized pipe of 4.0Mlong,5M long.It was  too long to pack the goods,so we load the pipes in bulk.It's really hard work for us,we worked one day and night,paid double cost for this loading.Container arrived ,they can't found any quality problem,but complained about the packing problem,and asked for claim of USD500 for this.Frankly speaking,we don't think we should pay it,due to long terms of cooperation,we paid it in cash when he visited us.

Since the August ,2008,all the business went down cause of the economic crisis,they didn't contact us until May,2009.One e-mail from them in May,2009,we talked the new order of city fence,new order was 4 containers of Red-white colour bond fence panels.When did the loading work,I found one pallet with little problem,time was urgent for catching up the shipment,we didn't have time repairing it.When those containers arrived,another claim as expected,but we were clear the problem wasn't so serious.Then,no any news again in 2010,2011....
